HOSP 11003 - Culinary Preparation and Presentation 3 Credit(s) : 2 Lecture Hour(s) , 3 Laboratory Hour(s) Corequisite(s): HOSP 10202 or administrative approval Principles, techniques, and theories of food production as related to the professional kitchen with added emphasis on creative presentation. Reinforces a variety of cooking methods and techniques as well as sanitation and safety principles using commercial food production tools and equipment.
