The Bachelor of Business Administration - Accounting degree requires 120 hours which includes the University’s General Education program, the Business Core, and major plus supportive requirements. The Accounting degree is designed to align students with the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountants (CMA) exam requirements. There is one elective hour in this degree plan. Incoming freshmen may count the UNIV 11171 - Pathway to Success course as this elective.
Students transferring from another university must complete at least twelve hours of the upper-level business credit hours required for the B.B.A. Accounting degree at the University of Arkansas at Monticello. In addition, students must meet the University residency requirements.
