MUSC 47782 - Seminar in Music Technology

Prerequisite(s): MUSC 10782 or instructor’s permission
Examination of various programs and classroom uses for computer-based sequencing and recording. Included are setup techniques, note entry, music editing, quantization, MIDI channel and track assignments, MIDI files, studio teaching applications and as an improvisation aid, computer-based recording and editing techniques.
Note: May be repeated for a maximum of 6 credit hours.
