Prerequisite(s): Completion of ENGL 10103 , and Oral communications (either SPCH 10003 , SPCH 22003 or SPCH 22803 ).
Provides students with a clear understanding of recent philosophies, diversity management, and culturally competent care delivery as seen through the lens of current health care policy and practice. Coursework integrates strategic diversity management, self-reflection and the personal change process, with culturally and linguistically appropriate care into a cohesive systems-oriented approach.
