HOSP 21103 - Hospitality Management 3 Credit(s) : 3 Lecture Hour(s) Management concepts to enhance hospitality operations including communication, customer service, teamwork, conflict management, staffing and scheduling, and productivity. Students preparing for a supervisory role in the hospitality and tourism industry will explore leadership, management and supervisory theories and applications.
