HOSP 10303 - Customer Service Relations

Through the use of technology, students will learn to evaluate information that will attract and retain customers, provide customer satisfaction, and apply principles and processes to meet customers’ expectations. Students will learn to use business procedures to produce successful customer interactions and business outcomes. Emphasis will be placed on examining the uses of various types of communication skills, preparing policies and procedures, and explaining processes for managing customer relations. Key ethical procedures that protect customers and company interests will be stressed.
