Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice Plan of Study

This major does not require a minor and may be completed face-to-face, online or hybrid. Students must complete 40 credit hours at the 30000-40000 level to be eligible for this degree.

Major Requirements: 60 hours

Core Requirements: 36 hours

Electives: 15 hours

3 hours in Criminal Justice, Political Science, Philosophy, Social Work, or Sociology
12 hours of Criminal Justice electives, of which at least 5 hours must be upper level

Supportive Requirements: 9 hours

Criminal Justice majors are strongly encouraged to complete CRJU 10203 before completing any other criminal justice courses.
