The Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice consist of 35 hours of General Education courses and 25 criminal justice and supportive requirement credit hours. This degree may serve as a terminal degree for students or as an intermediate degree for students enrolled in a baccalaureate program. All hours earned at the 10000-level or above in satisfying the Associate of Science in Criminal Justice degree may be used toward a baccalaureate degree. This degree may be completed face-to-face, online, or hybrid.

General Education Requirements: 35 hours
One of the following courses (for Social Science requirement): Criminal Justice Requirements: 15 hours
Supportive Requirements and Electives: 10 hours
- CPSI 10003 - Microcomputer Applications A.C.T.S. Equivalent Course # CPSI 1003
- 3 hours electives in Criminal Justice, Political Science, Philosophy, Social Work, or Sociology
- 4 hours general electives
Note:
Criminal Justice majors are strongly encouraged to complete CRJU 10203 before completing any other criminal justice courses. |
