The following outline is for the MSN full-time option track. These students have already earned their BSN degree.  Courses in each phase must be completed before moving to next phase.  Some courses may be taken with prior phase courses if finishing up that phase. All courses will be offered via distance learning.

Phase 1 - Graduate Nursing Core: 12 hours

• NURS 50303 - Research & Evidenced Based Practice in Public Health
• NURS 50403 - Statistical Reasoning in Public Health

Phase 2 - Clinical Foundation Core: 11 hours

• NURS 50603 - Advanced Pharmacology
• NURS 50703 - Advanced Health Assessment
• NURS 51002 - Social Determinants of Health

Phase 3 - Public Health Core: 14 hours

• NURS 52004 - Public Health Policy and Economics
• NURS 50214 - Public Healthcare & Education
• NURS 50006 - Public Health Leadership, Management, and Evaluation
