The Hospitality Services Program Technical Certificate is designed to provide individuals with the knowledge, skills, and technical ability appropriate for employment in a wide variety of positions in the hospitality industry. Upon successful completion of the technical certificate, students will be prepared to earn ServSafe™ national certification. This program includes job shadowing experiences to simulate real world situations and opportunities.

Technical courses required for this program may be transferable toward a limited number of associate and baccalaureate degrees. Contact advisor for information regarding transferability.
*Hospitality Services students may choose to continue their studies and earn an Associate of Applied Science in General Technology degree. There are two options for completion of this degree plan. Details of the requirements for the Associate of Applied Science in General Technology degree are found in the Division of General Studies section of this catalog.
