Prerequisite(s): PHED 22043 Health and Wellness Promotion
An introduction to community health programs, problems and trends. Students will become familiar with various programs designed to meet community health needs. Emphasis will be placed on using professional resources in organizing and presenting health education content, materials, curricula, community resources, using technology, and communicating about healthy lifestyles.
