History and present status of natural resource-related policy in the U.S. Evolution of public and professional attitudes toward natural resources, major laws affecting management of public and private lands, policy-making processes, and professional ethics. Study of major policy issues affecting renewable natural resources and procedures for responding to those issues in management decision-making.
